Cancellation Policy
We all know that plans change, and whilst I will always try to accommodate your requests and your requirements, please respect my time and energy as a small business owner. Thank you.

Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment and ‘no shows’ will be charged 100% of their session rate.
​
Clients who cancel within 24-48 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of their session rate.
Clients who wish to alter their appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their session rate.
Privacy Policy
Ludlow Bowen Therapy collects personal data from clients and potential clients for use relating to the marketing of services, booking of appointments and treatment of clients with Ludlow Bowen Therapy.

Data gathered includes:

Name, email address, phone number, emergency contact number and health and wellbeing information.

Any photos or testimonials will not be taken or used without prior written permission from clients.
Personal data will be kept securely whilst a client is active with Bowen Therapy.
​
Ludlow Bowen Therapy will take an annual check on clients and archive or remove records for any clients who have not been active with Ludlow Bowen Therapy for 24 months.

Ludlow Bowen Therapy will never sell or share personal data with third parties.
